  Lineage II Supported Video Cards

  Is my video card supported by Lineage II?

First, determine which video card is installed in your computer. To do so:

  1. Right Click on your Desktop.
  2. Select Properties. This will open a Display Properties window.
  3. Select the Settings tab and then the Advanced button located with in this tab.
  4. Select the Adapter tab. In the field Adapter Type, your Video Card / Adapter Name will be displayed.

These cards are compatible with Lineage II:

NVIDIA GeForce 5700 and up series (5700, 5900, etc.)
NVIDIA GeForce 6 series (6600, 6800, etc.)
NVIDIA GeForce 7 series (7600, 7800, 7950, etc.)
NVIDIA GeForce 8 series (8800, etc.)
NVIDIA GeForce 9 series (9600, etc.)
NVIDIA GeForce 100 series (G 100, GT130, etc.)
NVIDIA GeForce 200 series (GTX 250, GTX 280, etc.)
NVIDIA GeForce 300 series


ATI™ Radeon® 9600 and up (9600 and 9800)
ATI Radeon X series (X300, X700, X800, X1600, X1800, etc.)
ATI All In Wonder versions of the above Radeon cards
ATI Radeon HD Series (3750, 3800, etc.)


These cards are not compatible with Lineage II:

Cards by XGI
Cards by SiS
Cards by S3
Cards by Matrox
Cards by 3D Labs
Cards by Trident
3DFX Voodoo Series
Intel Extreme Graphics Chipsets
NVIDIA Riva TNT
NVIDIA Vanta
ATI Rage 3D
Nvidia 5500 or lower
Nvidia Titanium 4000 series or lower
ATi 9550 or lower


After you have verified that your video card meets the minimum requirements to play Lineage II, then we suggest updating your video card drivers. If you are using a portable PC you can find the latest video drivers at the portable's manufacturer web site. If you are using a desktop, then we suggest downloading the latest drivers from your video card manufacturer's web site.

How do you install or reinstall video drivers?

If your card meets or exceeds the minimum specifications and you have the most updated drivers installed for that card and are still experiencing problems, please contact the Technical Support Team using the Ask a Question tab.
