We do not support the Microsoft® Windows® 2003 Server operating system. This means that if you use this operating system and run into difficulties, we will not be able to assist you in troubleshooting the issue. However, there is a change that you can make that may help performance on this specific operating system.

Since Windows 2003 Server is intended as a server system, and not for home or personal use, there are several features that are disabled by default. For example, enabling the hardware acceleration will cause the game to rely more on your graphics card than your processor. To do this, follow these instructions:

1. Right-click on your desktop. A small menu will appear.
2. In that menu, left-click on Properties. A Display Properties window will appear.
3. In that menu, select the Settings tab.
4. In the Settings tab, click the Advanced button. A video properties window will appear.
5. In that window, click Troubleshoot and move the slider bar all the way to the right.
6. Click OK on each window.
7. Restart your computer.

Again, please keep in mind that while this suggestion may enable you to play the game while on this operating system, it is not supported by NCsoft Technical Support. We recommend that you install the game on one of the supported operating systems.
