If you experience a problem which you feel requires you to uninstall and reinstall Lineage, please follow these instructions.
If you are using a Windows® operating system:
- Uninstall Lineage using Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel.
- Delete the Lineage directory from your hard drive. (IMPORTANT)
- Install Lineage from the latest installation file, which can be downloaded from http://www.lineage.com/downloads/download_game/
- Start Lineage using the Lineage desktop icon.
If you are using a Macintosh® operating system:
- Drag and Drop the Lineage icon located in the Application folder into the Trashcan.
- Install Lineage from the latest installation file, which can be downloaded from http://www.lineage.com/downloads/download_game/
- Start Lineage using the Lineage desktop icon.
