Spam Filter Blocks E-mails from Support
  Question
My spam filter is blocking e-mails from support.
  Answer

If your e-mail application uses a spam filter, you may find that you are not able to receive e-mails from the NCsoft Support Team. This might keep you from getting a response to a question or issue sent in by e-mail or using the Ask a Question feature. To make sure that you can receive e-mail from support, be sure to set your spam filter to allow e-mail from the support address for your country.

North America and Non-European Countries

 NCsoft             support@ncsoft.com

Europe

NCsoft (UK)             noreply@ncsoft.com
NCsoft (FR)  frsupport@ncsoft.com
NCsoft (DE)  desupport@ncsoft.com
NCsoft (ES)  essupport@ncsoft.com
NCsoft (IT)  itsupport@ncsoft.com

It is also important to allow these addresses if you use a Whitelist or Verification Filter. These e-mail features send an automated message to the sender of an e-mail, asking the sender to click on a URL in order to be added to a list of accepted addresses. We are not always able to respond to these requests, so please add our e-mail address to your list of allowed addresses.
