  "Verification Filter" or "Whitelist" Requests
  Question
Will NCsoft answer "Verification Filter" or "Whitelist" requests generated by some e-mail security programs?
  Answer

A "Whitelist" or "Verification Filter" sends an automated message to the sender of an e-mail, asking the sender to click on a URL in order to be added to the intended recipient's list of accepted e-mail addresses. We are not always able to respond to these requests. Therefore, if you use one of these filters, please be sure to add our e-mail address or domain to your list of allowed addresses.

North America and Non-European Countries
All support responses for all products will come from the e-mail address support@ncsoft.com. If your filter allows you to add an entire domain, we recommend adding the ncsoft.com domain so that you can continue to receive promotional e-mails if you are signed up to receive them.

Europe
European support responses will come from uksupport@ncsoft.com, frsupport@ncsoft.com, or desupport@ncsoft.com. Please be sure to add the appropriate addresses to your list of accepted addresses.
