  Closing a Support Request

  I don't need help anymore. How do I close my support request?

To close your support request please go here and follow the instructions below.

  1. Log into your support account.
    • If you do not recall your support account password, use the If you forgot your password... section to have a new one sent to you.
  2. Click the Questions button or link.
  3. Find the 12-digit reference number matching the one on the support request you wish to close.
  4. Click the subject line to the right of that reference number.
  5. Scroll to the bottom and click the Update Question button.
  6. Locate the Results and/or Additional Information section
  7. Click the I want to close this issue without updating it checkbox.
  8. Click the Submit Update to Question button at the bottom of the page.

Your support request will be moved to Closed status.

NOTE: Anything typed in the box will not be seen by our support staff if the I want to close this issue without updating it option is checked.
