To close your support request please go here and follow the instructions below.
- Log into your support account.
- If you do not recall your support account password, use the If you forgot your password... section to have a new one sent to you.
- Click the Questions button or link.
- Find the 12-digit reference number matching the one on the support request you wish to close.
- Click the subject line to the right of that reference number.
- Scroll to the bottom and click the Update Question button.
- Locate the Results and/or Additional Information section
- Click the I want to close this issue without updating it checkbox.
- Click the Submit Update to Question button at the bottom of the page.
Your support request will be moved to Closed status.
NOTE: Anything typed in the box will not be seen by our support staff if the I want to close this issue without updating it option is checked.
