  Applying a Game Time Card
  Question

How do I apply a game time card to my game account?

  Answer

Log into NCsoft Account Management and use the following instructions:

  1. Click the Use a Serial Code link.
  2. Enter the 20-digit code from the back of your game time card in the space provided.
  3. Click the Continue button.
  4. Locate the game account you wish to add game time to and click the Add Time or Become a Member button next to that game account. NOTE: Be sure to choose the correct game account that you want the game time added to. Game time cards cannot be transferred from one account to another.

You will receive a message stating that paid time has been added to your account. Your Bill Date should now reflect the appropriate amount of game time added to your account from the game time card.

Note: If your account is currently on a recurring credit/debit card plan and you wish to switch to game time card payments, please use the instructions in the following Knowledge Base article instead: How do I change my current billing option?
