  Using the "My Stuff" Tab

  How does the My Stuff section of the support website work?

The My Stuff tab contains several useful tools. To use them, log into your support account. Your login name is the e-mail address you previously used to submit a question, and your password was e-mailed to that address when you created your support account. If you don't remember your password, you can have a new one e-mailed to you from the login page. If you do not have a support account, click here.

The My Stuff tab is divided into four sections:

Questions
Check the status of your questions or update your ticket with additional information. You can access this from anywhere that you have an Internet connection.

To update a question, click the subject for the question that you want to update, scroll to the bottom of the question, and click the Update Question button. If there is no Update Question button due to the age of the issue, start a new incident using the Ask a Question tab and include the reference number from the previous incident.

Notifications
At the bottom of each Knowledge Base article, you are presented with the Notify Me by Email if this Answer is Updated option. This subscribes you to the article. The Answer Update Notifications section displays all of the Knowledge Base articles that you are subscribed to and allows you to delete answer notifications that are no longer needed. Detailed instructions for subscribing or unsubscribing to answer notifications can be found  here.

Profile
The Profile section is where you can update your support account information and preferences.

To update your account information, just enter your new information in the appropriate fields and click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.

You also have the option to subscribe to answer update notifications for an entire product in this section. This will notify you of all new or updated articles for a chosen product (City of Heroes, City of Villains, Guild Wars, Lineage, Lineage II, or NCsoft). Change Password
Use this section to change your support account password.
