  Updating an Existing Support Request

  How do I update my existing support request?
  Answer
  To update an existing support request, use the following instructions. Please do not create a separate support request for the same issue, as this slows down support and increases wait times for everyone.
  1. Go to http://help.ncsoft.com/cgi-bin/ncsoft.cfg/php/enduser/acct_login.php? , and log into your support account. If you do not remember your password, use the If you have forgotten your password... section to have a new one e-mailed to you.
  2. Click the Questions link.
  3. Click the subject of the incident that you want to update.
  4. Scroll down and click the Update Question button.
  5. Type the information that you want to add in the Results and/or Additional Information field.
  6. Click the Submit Update to Question button.
You should be presented with your complete thread, including your latest response. If you are not presented with this, open the incident again and make sure that your update was recorded.
