  I have a problem with my connection to City of Heroes or City of Villains.

  I have a problem with my connection to City of Heroes or City of Villains.
  Answer
  First, please view our Server Status page to ensure that the game servers are running normally.
The Server Status page shows that there are problems with the server.

If there are no problems shown on the Server Status page, please select one of the following choices that best describes your problem:

I cannot connect to the updater or I am unable to log in.
The updater connects, but it does not finish the update process.
I am able to log in normally, but I cannot select a server.
I am able to log in and play normally, but I get disconnected while I am playing.
I am able to log in and play, but I have lag while playing.
