There are multiple things that can prevent a connection to Lineage II.
First, please view our Server Status section in the lower right section of our website to ensure that the game servers are running normally.
If you do not remember your login information, please use our Password Helper.
The next most frequent issue that prevents connection to the updater or the login is a mis-configured firewall or other security software.
Apart from the built-in Windows® XP firewall, do you have any other firewall software such as Norton™, McAfee®, or ZoneAlarm® installed, even if the program is not running?
