How do I attach a file or screenshot to my support ticket?

Follow the instructions below to submit a file attachment on your support ticket.

  1. Go to http://help.ncsoft.com/cgi-bin/ncsoft.cfg/php/enduser/acct_login.php?, and log into your support account. If you do not remember your password, use the If you have forgotten your password... section to have a new one e-mailed to you.
  2. Click on the Questions tab or link.
  3. Click the subject of the incident that you want to update.
  4. Click the Update Question button.
  5. Type "I have attached a file to my support ticket." in the Results and/or Additional Information section. 
  6. In the Attach Additional Documents to Question section, click the Browse... button.
  7. Locate and select the screenshot image or file you saved on your computer, and then click the Open button.
  8. Click the Add Attachment button.
  9. Once added, click the Submit Update to Question button.

You have now submitted your file attachment to the support team. Someone will contact you as quickly as possible once this information is received.
