To create a NCsoft master account, go to the Create NCsoft Account page and follow these instructions:

1. Choose Your Language Preference using the drop-down menu and click the Continue button to complete Step 1.
2. Enter your NCsoft Account Information to complete Step 2.
1. Enter your account name choice in the Account Name field.
   Your account name must be 5-12 alpha-numeric characters, beginning with a letter.
2. Enter your e-mail address in the E-mail Address field.
   Make sure you enter a valid and accessible e-mail address. This information is used to retrieve your password if you forget your password. An e-mail verification code will be sent to this e-mail address.
3. Enter your password choice in the Password and Confirm Password fields.
   Your password must be 8-13 alpha-numeric characters, beginning with a letter. Your password is case sensitive.
4. Click the Continue button.
3. Enter your Personal Information to complete Step 3.
1. Enter your first and last name in the First Name field and Last Name field provided. This is optional, but will be needed when a retail game account is created that requires billing is applied to your account, or when you make NCcoin purchases or upgrade purchases.
2. Select your date of birth from the drop-down menus in the Date of Birth section.
   Make sure you enter your correct date of birth.This information is used for verification purposes if you ever need assistance with your account.
3. Select your country from the drop-down menu in the Country section.
4. Enter the numbers/letters shown in the Security Code box in the Enter Security Code field.
5. Click the Create My Account button.

You will be taken to a page stating that your NCsoft master account has been created. From there, you can either choose to manage your account by clicking the Manage My Account link, or add a game to your account using the Add a Game to My Account link.


In order to add a game, you will be required to verify your e-mail address. Your e-mail verification code was sent to the e-mail address you entered in the NCsoft Account Information page. Retrieve your e-mail verification code from the e-mail address you entered on the NCsoft Account Information page. It may take a few minutes for the code to arrive. If you do not receive the e-mail verification code, you can click the Resend Code button to have it sent again.

Once you have completed this process you can add a game.
