  Game Account Creation
  Question
How do I create/add my game account?
  Answer

To create or add your game account you must have a NCsoft master account. If you do not have a NCsoft master account, follow these instructions to create one:

How do I create my NCsoft master account?

If you are creating an Exteel game account, please log into NCsoft Account Management using your NCsoft master account username and password and follow these instructions: Exteel Account Creation

For all other games, please log into NCsoft Account Management and follow the instructions below.

  1. In the NCsoft Account Management page, click on the Use a Serial Code link.
  2. Enter your serial code in the space provided. If you have recently purchased a new serial code through The NCsoft Store, you can choose the option to use the serial code in the Purchased Serial Codes section.
  3. Click the Continue button.
  4. Next, choose your game account name.
    • If you want the game account name to match your NCSoft master account name, click the Create Game Account button under option 1.
    • If you want the game account name to be different from your NCsoft master account name, complete the information under option 2 and click the Create Game Account button under option 2.
  5. Next, choose your activation method. You will need a valid credit or debit card, or prepaid game time card to activate your account.
    • If you use a  credit or debit card, you will not be charged until your included month of game time expires. You will be placed on a recurring billing status.
    • If you use a  game time card, you will receive the included month of game time plus the number of days provided by the game time card you purchased.
    • If you use the PayPal® payment method, you will be billed immediately for the payment option you choose when choosing the One time payment option, and receive the included month of game time plus the number of months from your PayPal® purchase. When choosing the Automatically recur PayPal payment option, you will not be billed until your included month of game time expires.

After completing these steps, you should receive a message letting you know that your account has been queued for activation. Once that activation is processed, you will receive an e-mail letting you know. After you receive that e-mail, you can log into the game and begin playing.

PLEASE NOTE: We strongly recommend you save the "Game Account Activated!" e-mail sent to you after the initial activation of your game account. That e-mail contains a very important piece of information that we use to verify account ownership. You may need it if you need help with your account later. That specific piece of information is only provided in the e-mail sent after the original activation of your game account. It cannot be resent.
